BREAK AND ENTER ARREST

On the 5th of July at approximately 1:00PM it is alleged that a young male broke into a cottage on Lighthouse Rd. in Callander.
Cst. Jason Long of the North Bay Police Service attended and a male was arrested in relation to this alleged incident.
A 17 year old male youth is charged with Break and Enter X2, and Theft X2 and was released with court at a later date.

SUCCESSFUL TRAFFIC STOP

On the 5th of July at approximately 9:00PM Csts. Brad Reaume and Kailee Bradley of the North Bay Police Service had occasion to stop a motor vehicle with two occupants in the 100 block of Lakeshore Dr. It is alleged that the officers found a quantity of cocaine.
William LATOUR, 35 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with Possession of Cocaine and Breach of Probation.

MISCHIEF

Sometime between the 5th and 6th of July it is alleged that the The Boat on Memorial Dr. was broken into through an unlocked window at the front of the boat.
The only item taken was a small quantity of alcohol however there was extensive vandalism to the inside including graffiti tags and a fire extinguisher discharged.
