On Saturday afternoon, following investigations into numerous reports of theft, North Bay Police arrested a 39-year-old woman at her North Bay residence and charged her with four counts of theft under $5,000.

Woman faces charges following numerous reports of stolen patio furniture

On Saturday afternoon, following investigations into numerous reports of theft, North Bay Police arrested a 39-year-old woman at her North Bay residence and charged her with four counts of theft under $5,000. She was later released from custody with a court date scheduled for Aug. 8, 2017.

It is alleged that from June 2 to June 10, the accused stole patio furniture and other accessories from the front porches and backyards of four residences on Copeland Street, McIntyre Street West and Strathcona Drive.

The investigation continues.
