Assault

The North Bay Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a male from an incident at No Frills grocery store at 12:30 pm on 05 Jan 2013. He is alleged to have sexually assaulted a woman by touching her inappropriately and making lewd comments while he did so. He is described as; male, non- white, dark complexion, possibly mid eastern , 20-24 years, 5’8”tall 145 lbs, short dark hair, thin moustache and goatee, wearing a blue hoody with a dark winter coat over top, blue baggy pants, no accent.
