FIGHT WITH KNIFE On Dec. 26 at approximately 10:45 AM Cst. Mark McLeod and Rob Stewart of the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend on John Street regarding two males fighting.
FIGHT WITH KNIFE
On Dec. 26 at approximately 10:45 AM Cst. Mark McLeod and Rob Stewart of the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend on John Street regarding two males fighting. When the officers arrived they received information that one of the males had had a large knife in this altercation. No injuries were sustained.

The officers effected an arrest shortly after. Joshwa HOPKINS 18 years old of McIntyre St. E. is charged with Assault With a Weapon, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Breach of Probation. He was held for a bail hearing.


STOLEN VEHICLE
Between Dec. 24 and Dec. 28 thieves stole a 1988 white Mercury Tracer from Select Auto on Lakeshore Dr. The vehicle had Ont. Plate # AKCF517.


BREAK AND ENTERS
On Dec. 27 between 2 and 10 PM thieves forced open the front door of an apartment in the 600 block of Sherbrooke St. Once inside they stole several electronic items. A complete inventory was not available at the time of report.

Sometime during Dec. 25 thieves entered an apartment in the 400 block of Lakeshore Drive and stole CDs, two tool kits and other articles.

Sometime between Dec. 27 and 28, thieves cut a hole in a metal compound fence at Power Sports and Marine on Main St. W. They then stole two snowmobiles and left towards Lake Nipissing. At the time of this report the makes of snowmobiles were yet to be determined.
