Weekend Over the weekend the North Bay Police responded to 227 calls for service that resulted in 10 arrests. Offences included domestic assaults, assaults, threatening, mischief, breach of court orders, and public intoxication.

Break and Enter
Between 4:45p.m. and 8:45 p.m. on the 8th Aug a male and a female entered an apartment on Laurier Ave through a basement window. Items stolen include a 32”RCA television and a Panasonic stereo. Cst Sarah Kavanagh is investigating.

Between 10:00 a.m. on the 9th Aug and 12:00 noon on the 10th Aug, an apartment on the 1100 block of Ferguson St was entered and a tattoo kit was taken. It is described as a stainless steel case containing a yellow motor and gun. Cst Zach Dagg is investigating.

Theft
Overnight on the 9th and 10th Aug a Dodge pickup parked in the lower Canadore residence parking lot was entered by smashing the rear cab window. Items stolen include a black Danby microwave still in the box, a small propane BBQ, a Rand McNally 710 GPS complete with mount and charger, and a bag containing a blanket, a pillow and a plastic toolbox with screwdrivers.
