THEFT UNDER Sometime around midnight on the 25th of September 2013, someone entered a vehicle parked at a Johnson Road residence in the City of North Bay and took the owner’s disabled parking permit. Constable Greg Randall is investigating.

Sometime around midnight on the 25th of September 2013, someone entered a vehicle parked at a Johnson Road residence in the City of North Bay and took the owner’s disabled parking permit. Constable Greg Randall is investigating.

BREAK and ENTER
Sometime during the overnight hours of September 25 to 26, 2013, unknown person(s) cut the fence gaining access to the GAP construction compound located on Franklin Street. After the locks were broken off of two sheds; two water pumps, a generator and a saw were removed. Fortunately, all items were located near the fence. The culprit(s) may have left the items behind because they were startled by someone who attended the area or they had planned to return at a later time to retrieve the items. Constable Chris Marshall is investigating.

VOYEURISM
On the 26 of September 2013, The North Bay Police were called to attend a convenience store on Algonquin Avenue, regarding a suspicious male observed following teenage females with a small camera attached to his work boot. The male left prior to police arrival but was later located and arrested by North Bay Police officers. Investigating officer, Detective Constable Peter Brunette, has charged 38-year-old, Timmy William Fraser, of Powassan with Voyeurism. He has been released with a future court date.
