On the 24th of Aug. our Service reported to the media that two refuse containers had been set on fire in the strip mall at 390 Lakeshore Dr.

Our Service is now providing our media contacts with the following photos of a suspect that were taken at the scene of these fires.

SEXUAL ASSAULT
On the 31st of Aug. Acting Det. Barry Ramsay of the North Bay Police Service Investigation Section concluded his investigation into a complaint of an alleged sexual assault against a female adult. The alleged complaint is said to have taken place on the 7th of March of this year.

This conclusion culminated into charges against a male individual.

Richard DULL 48 years old of Main St. W. is charged with Sexual Assault and is scheduled to appear in court on the 17th of Oct.


DOUBLE DOCTORING

On the 31st of Aug. at approximately 4 PM Cst. Scott McFarlane and Kailee Bradley of the North Bay Police Service assisted by members of the Anishnabek Police Service attended the North Bay Bus station.

At this time the officers were investigating various incidents of a male person attending local pharmacies and attempting to tender prescriptions.

A man was located and had to be subdued in order to arrest him.

William McDAID 26 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with Double Doctoring a Prescription, Possession of a Controlled Drug (crack cocaine) and Resisting Arrest and Breach of Probation. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.


ARSON

On the 1st of Sept. shortly before 1 AM someone set a fire to a refuge container beside the West Ferris Secondary School. The North Bay Fire Department attended to extinguish the fire.
