Sudbury man faces charges for two break and enters

Yesterday, following North Bay Police investigations into two separate break and enters and a vehicle stop conducted on Trout Lake Road by a North Bay Police officer on general patrol, Jeffery Morris Lamarre, age 32 of Sudbury was arrested and charged with:
Two counts of break and enter and commit; and
One count of breach of probation.

Based on evidence obtained by the North Bay Police Service’s Forensics Unit at two crime scenes, it is alleged that the accused entered and caused damaged to the detached garage of a North Bay residence in May 2012 and entered, caused damage and removed jewelry from a business located in downtown North Bay in August 2015.

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing today.
