North Bay police have recovered clothing items believed to have been worn by the suspect from the robbery that occurred on the 10th May. The suspect is described as; male, 5ft 5 inches to 5 ft 8 inches, medium build, wearing a dark toque, dark pants, long sleeve shirt or jacket and gloves. Everything was a dark grey or black, except for the shoes and a white covering over his face that appeared to have eye holes cut out of it.

Photos of the toque and running shoes are on pages 2 and 3 of this release.

Anyone that recognizes either of these items is asked to contact your local police agency.

ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON

At 2:10PM on the 9th of May an argument over alleged money owed resulted in Tyler Busch 30 yrs of Powassan being arrested and charged with assault, assault with a weapon, and threatening. It is alleged that he pushed, kicked, threatened and attempted to strike the other person with a two by four. He was held in custody for a bail hearing. Cst Darcy Wall is investigating.

ROBBERY

On 10th May at 9:48PM a man brandishing a handgun robbed a business on Hwy 17E. An undisclosed amount of cash was taken. The man then fled on foot. Cst Bruce Whitehead is investigating.
