THREATS On the 3rd of May shortly before 2 AM a man allegedly called another man several times by phone and threatened his life.

On the 3rd of May shortly before 2 AM a man allegedly called another man several times by phone and threatened his life. This same man then did attend the other man’s residence and again threatened to kill him and threw a rock through his picture window. Cst. Scott Buchanan of the North Bay Police Service attended the area and located the accused a short distance away.
Jean Marc LEVESQUE 41 years old of Lakeshore Dr. is charged with Threatening, Mischief and Breach of Probation. He remains in custody for a bail hearing.

IN FRONT OF OFFICER

On the 2nd of May at approximately 7 PM Cst. Peter Brunette of the North Bay Police saw what he believed to be a drug transaction take place within the city. He then was assisted by Cst. Sue Solman who provided further information. An arrest was made and the man was brought to the Police Station where a further search of the man’s clothing produced over 30 grams of what is believed to be crack cocaine, along with a substantial amount of cash.
Kevin REEDY 28 years old of No Fixed Address is charged with Theft and also 2 counts of Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking in Cocaine.
He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
