Break and Enter
At 1:30 am 22 March a couple returned to their residence on the 500 block of Main St E. They went to the bedroom approximately 10 minutes later and found a man standing in the room holding two guitars that belonged to the couple. Noah Nabinicaboo 29 yrs of Lakeshore Dr was arrested by police at which time a small quantity of marijuana was found in his possession. He has been charged with break and enter, possession of a controlled substance, and breach of probation. He is to appear in court on 14th May. Csts Seth Dinsmore and Aaron Northrup are investigating.

Assault Resist Arrest
At 4:02 am 22 Mar A police officer checked a vehicle in the ditch on Pinewood Park Dr. When the man in the driver’s seat was arrested for impaired care and control he started to fight with the officer. Pepper spray was deployed but the man still had to be physically subdued. Ronald Vanderschee 38yrs Hwy 534 has been charged with impaired care and control, over .08 and assault resist arrest. He is to appear in court on17th Apr. Cst Aaron Northrup is investigating.
