INTOXICATED YOUTH

On the27th of June shortly after 1 AM it is alleged that Csts. Aimee Wilson and
Darcy Wall of the North Bay Police Service attended a call regarding a naked female
in a parking lot near Greenwood Av.
The officers arrived and assisted the female to get dressed. She was arrested for
Intoxicated in a Public Place and her parents refused to attend to pick her up.
The 17 year old female was brought to headquarters where she struck one of the
officers in the face.
She is charged with Public Intoxication and Assault Police. She is to attend court
on the 13th of Aug.

15 YEAR OLD FOR DAMAGE

On the 26th of June during the late evening hours Csts. Andre Berube and Anthony
Corrente of the North Bay Police arrested a 15 year old male youth for having thrown
a rock through a vehicle window and also having committed various acts of graffiti
in the Widdifield area of the city.
He is to attend court on the 27th of Aug.

CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

On the 26th of June Det. Cst. Dan Robertson and Cst. Chris Marshall of the North Bay
Police responded to a call to assist investigators of Project P.
The information given to the officers led them to attend a residence within the city.
A computer was seized and a man was taken into custody.
Daniel TRUDEL 39 years old of Milani Rd. is charged with Possession of Child
Pornography and remains in custody for a bail hearing.

FOUR FOR COCAINE

On the 26th of June shortly after 7 PM it is alleged that various officers of the
North Bay Police Service attended a parking lot of a local hotel in the north end of
the city and arrested 4 individuals in relation to 16 grams of what is purportedly
cocaine. The individuals in question are alleged to have been attempting to sell the
drug.
A 16 year old female youth of North Bay was charged with Trafficking in Cocaine,
Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Probation.
Shawn WYSYMAKI 28 years old of Tilly Rd. in Sault St. Marie
And Mike ARMSTRONG 28 years old of Tokyo St. in Elliot Lake are both charged with
Trafficking in Cocaine and Possession of Stolen Property.
Ryan POINT 28 years old of 88th Av. in Surrey British Columbia is charged with being
in Possession of Marihuana, Possession of Hash, Trafficking in a Controlled
Substance and Possession of Stolen Property.
The alleged stolen property was electronic equipment.
All four suspects were kept in custody for a bail hearing.
