ASSAULT WITH CHAIR


On the 23rd of June shortly after midnight it is alleged that a man threw a chair at a woman within a North Bay home.

Cst. Steve Sproule and Walter Neeley of the North Bay Police Service attended and effected an arrest.

Eric COCHRANE 20 years old of Memorial Dr. is charged with Assault With a Weapon. He is to attend court on the 4th of July.


BREAK & ENTER


Overnight on the 21st of June thieves forced their way into Mayne Travel on Oak St. Once inside they stole a laptop computer.


Between 2 PM and 4 PM on the 22nd of June thieves entered a residence in the 600 block of Copeland St. via an unlocked rear door.

Once inside, they stole cash, a white ski jacket with a red stripe and an IBM lap top computer as well as other items.
