THEIF CAUGHT On the 24th of July at approximately 11:30PM, Csts. Scott Berry and Brian Moore of the North Bay Police Service attended to a residence on Douglas St. and allegedly found a male searching through cars.

On the 24th of July at approximately 11:30PM, Csts. Scott Berry and Brian Moore of the North Bay Police Service attended to a residence on Douglas St. and allegedly found a male searching through cars.
The male allegedly had also been identified as the same person who had been searching through cars earlier in the day and had escaped custody from an off duty Sergent from the North Bay Police Service.
Patrick YOUNG, 29 years old of no fixed address is charged with Theft Under, Escape Lawful Custody, Possession of Stolen Property and Breach of Probation. He was held in custody and is waiting for a bail hearing.

BUYERS BEWARE

North Bay Police Service would like to advise the community and surrounding area to be cautious when hiring out of town paving companies to repair their driveways. Police have received complaints of these companies receiving payment for the jobs and not properly completing them.
