Assault & Mischief

Cst. Kailee Bradley of the North Bay Police Service received a complaint of assault from a female who reported that a 41-year-old male, known to her, assaulted her in his residence at 9:30 pm July 17, 2008, following a verbal argument. The male grabbed and pushed the victim into a stove causing bruising to her arm. When she tried to call 911, the male tore the phone from the wall breaking it. She tried to use her cell phone and he broke this as well.
Rudolph Singh, 41–years old of Balsam Crescent in North Bay was arrested approximately 1030 pm and released on an undertaking, charged with Assault and Mischief. He will have a court date of July 29, 2008.
