Impaired Operation of Motor Vehicle/ Obstruct Peace Officer On the 19th of April, the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend the parking lot of the LCBO on Worthington St. W. in regards to a possible impaired driver.

On the 19th of April, the North Bay Police Service received a call to attend the parking lot of the LCBO on Worthington St. W. in regards to a possible impaired driver. Shortly after police arrived on scene, a female was located sitting behind the wheel of her vehicle, showing signs of impairment and subsequently arrested for Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle. When asked to identify herself to police, the female provide the officers with a false name. Also during the search of the female, subsequent to her arrest, police also located 8 bottles of liquor on her person to which had been stolen from the LCBO store.

Lindsay MONETTE 20 years old of Rose Ave. is charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Obstruct Peace Officer and Theft. She was kept in custody of a bail hearing.

Mischief over $5000

On the 19th of April, a landlord returned home to find her tenant cutting down some of her trees and when he was asked to stop, the male allegedly became upset and went into the house where he caused some damage inside the residence. Officers from the North Bay Police Service were called and the male was subsequently arrested.

Gordon Gagnon of Jane St. is charged with Mischief over $5000 and was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

Trespass at Night

In the early morning of the 20th of April, officers from the North Bay Police Service were called to attend a residence after the owner had noticed that there was a male sitting in her vehicle which was parked in her driveway. Police arrived and found a young person sitting in the driver’s seat of the said vehicle where he was subsequently arrested.

The young person was charged with Trespass at Night and also with two counts of Breach of Probation. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.
