DRUG BUST

On the 8th of April during the late afternoon hours members of the North Bay Police Street Crime Unit arrested 3 individuals in relation to the illegal possession of Oxycodone. This arrest was conducted within a North Bay home after a search warrant was executed.
The street value is approximately $16,000. And during this same time period the Street Crime Unit also seized two motor vehicles with a value of $25,000. and $2000. in cash seized under assets of forfeiture legislation.
Lisa CORMIER 32 years old and Ryan FATUM 34 years old both of Lakeshore Dr. are charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. Both are to appear in court on the 1st of July.
Michael BILODEAU 30 years old of Duke St. W. is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking and Failing to Comply with Recognizance of Bail. He was kept in custody for a bail hearing.

ARRESTS FROM PARTY

Yesterday the North Bay Police Service released information about a bush party that had occurred in the area of Laurentian Av. and McKay Av. We are now reporting that the investigation is ongoing and also that Csts. Chris Johnson and Barry McIntosh arrested 2 youths in relation to the break and enter that had occurred within a garage. At that time, various guitars were stolen, however the property was recovered and charges of Break & Enter and Theft and are to appear in court in June.
