OPP have arrested and charged a West Nipissing man with a drug offence after seeing a person known to them walking on Nipissing Street, West Nipissing on the evening of Feb. 11.
Police arrested the manfor breaching conditions from a previous release order, and drugs suspected to be methamphetamine were seized during a search.
Andy Hurtubise, 41, is charged with, possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply with a release order.
He was held for Bail Court and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice on February 12 in West Nipissing.
