Armed robbery federal offender may be in North Bay say police

Jakob Beisel is a wanted man and police say he may be in our area. 

Police are looking for a convicted armed robber in breach of his statutory release, and say he could be in North Bay.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is hoping you can help in locating Jakob Beisel, a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant. 

Beisel is described as a Caucasion, male, 22, 5'8" (173 cm), 149 lbs (68kgs) with short brown hair and green eyes.  

He is currently serving a three year sentence for armed robbery while using a prohibited firearm, possession of a firearm or ammunition contrary to a prohibition order and failing to comply with his sentence. 

Beisel is known to frequent North Bay, Sudbury, Brampton, Barrie, and Orillia.
