THUNDER BAY – A Thunder Bay store needed the help of law enforcement to escort an uninvited guest from their store on Thursday afternoon.

Staff at Tim’s Whole Health, located on Waterloo Street, were surprised to find a deer inside their store, according to a post on the business’ Facebook page.

“We had an unexpected visitor in the store today. Fortunately she practiced social distancing. Thank you to the kind officers from the Thunder Bay police who graciously escorted her out,” reads the post.

A staff member told Thunder Bay Television she saw the deer outside the store and went outside to see if it was in distress. The deer then wandered through the open store door.
