In August 2013 a break and enter of a cottage in Temiscaming Quebec resulted in a numerous items being stolen.
Two of the items, a kayak and a paddle board were located by the owner at a pawn shop in North Bay.
A subsequent police investigation has resulted Brandt Moore 29 years being charged with possession of property obtained by crime and fraud under $5000.
Cst Aaron Northrup is investigating.
