Bomb threat investigation ongoing

A bomb threat to the Walmart store situated in Dymond Township resulted in an evacuation and search of the store on Friday, police say. 

Members of the Temiskaming Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended immediately and assisted with evacuating the store shortly before 8 p.m..

"A thorough search was conducted, and nothing suspicious was located," say police.

The Temiskaming Crime Unit is assisting with this ongoing investigation.
