15yr old male charged with possession of property obtained by crime

At 5:18am on the 11th Mar 2 male youths were observed going through cars on Oakwood Ave.
Police were contacted and the youths fled.
One 15yr old male was arrested.
He lied about his identity and was found to be in possession of a vial of drugs stolen from one of the vehicles.
He has been charged with possession of property obtained by crime; obstruct peace officer, and 2 counts of breach of probation.
He has been held in custody for a bail hearing.
Cst Doug MacIntosh is investigating.
