Hundreds of Northerners have already taken a short survey to comment on local health care priorities as the North East Local Health Integration Network (NE LHIN) builds a plan for the next three-years.

But there’s still time to get involved! The NE LHIN invites fellow Northerners to complete a short survey.

Comments will help build the NE LHIN’s roadmap to better health, better care, and better value- for Northern residents.

In addition to surveys, the LHIN is using a variety of methods to develop its next Integrated Health Service Plan: community consultation, data analysis, and research. It is working with partners – such as the French Language Planning Entity and the Local Aboriginal Health Council -- to develop a plan that is aligned with the needs of Northerners.

Everyone’s voice is important. Complete the survey online (www.nelhin.on.ca) or call to receive a copy.
