A third incident of theft of a Poppy Fund Tray at Twiggs was reported on the 7th November that was believed to have occurred on the 6th of November between 2:30pm and 7:30pm.

The media coverage of the first two incidents has resulted in numerous calls from the public with information about the identity of suspect.

The investigation is continuing.

On November 5th at 2:44PM the Poppy Fund Tray was stolen from the counter of a Mac’s Mart on Cassells St by an unidentified male. On the 6th November an attempt was made to steal a Poppy Fund Tray from a Mac’s Mart on Lakeshore Dr. It would appear that it is the same culprit in both occurrences.

He is described as male, white, tall and thin, unshaven, wearing a black baseball cap with a white circular logo, blue jeans, and a black hoodie with a black and white check design on the front right side.
