Help the local special needs hockey team 'Warm up the Bus'

The North Bay North Stars special needs hockey team will be kicking off their "Warm up the Bus" campaign this Saturday with a yard and bake sale at 7 Canterbury Crescent from 8-1 p.m.

This team of children and adults with Developmental disabilities is hoping to raise enough money this year so they may travel by bus to the annual Special Hockey International Tournament in Boston Massechusettes in April 2011. This will be the first time the team has travelled outside Canada to attend the tournament, a highlight of the North Stars season.

Come on out Saturday and meet some of the North Star team members while supporting this great community program.
