Traffic stop leads to weapons and drug charges

On the 10th of June at approximately 3:30am Csts. Christian Elia and Anthony Corrente from the North Bay Police Service had occasion to make a traffic stop on Highway 17.

This traffic stop resulted in seizure of the alleged drug Extasy as well as a flick knife.

Chantal RAYMOND, 21 years old of Premier Rd in North Bay is charged with Possession of Extasy and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon. She is to attend court at a later date.
