Assault with a weapon
At 10:30 pm on 18 July a verbal exchange between two men on Sherbrook St resulted in one man brandishing a pocket knife and threatening to stab the other. Jason Gagne 38yrs of Lakeshore Dr was arrested at 12:52pm and charged with assault with a weapon and breach of probation. He has been held in custody for a bail hearing. Cst Roger Drolet is investigating.

Theft from vehicle
At 3:09 pm on 18th July officers responded to a complaint of vehicles being entered in the area of Second Ave and Front St. Two male teens were located and arrested. They will be attending court Aug 28th and 29th. Csts Steve Carleton and Blake Vietmeier are investigating.

Offences Cleared
Investigations by several officers into different incidents all led to the same couple being responsible. Joshua Faubert 33yrs of No Fixed Address has been charged with break enter and theft, break enter with intent, theft under $5000, 2 counts of possession of property obtained by crime, 2 counts of fraud under $5000, and 5 counts of breach of probation.

Sabrina Shillington 32yrs of No Fixed Address has been charged with break enter and theft, break enter with intent, theft under $5000, 2 counts of possession of property obtained by crime, and 2 counts of fraud under $5000. Both persons have been held in custody for bail hearings.
