Robbery At 4:40 am on July 27, a man walking through the alleyway that runs parallel to Cassells St from Third Ave towards Obrien St was approached by two men. One man was carrying a baseball bat and the other a crowbar.

At 4:40 am on July 27, a man walking through the alleyway that runs parallel to Cassells St from Third Ave towards Obrien St was approached by two men. One man was carrying a baseball bat and the other a crowbar. They demanded that he turn over everything in his pockets. He was then struck in the head, shoulders back and ribs with the bat and crowbar. He gave them his money and cell phone and then they fled.

The victim required medical attention for lacerations to his head, bruises and scrapes to his torso and is being checked for possible broken bones.

Suspect#1 is described as; male, white, 6’2”, slim build, late 20’s early 30’s, wearing a dark hoody, and dark jeans. Suspect #2 is described as; male, white, 5’9”, chubby build, late 20’s, wearing a dark hoody and track pants. Cst Mark McLeod is investigating.

Break and Enter
Between 23rd and 24th of July a business on the 3700 block of Trout Lake Rd was entered and an undisclosed amount of cash and 12 hunting and fishing knives were
stolen. Cst Erin Pemberton is investigating.

Between 8:30 pm and 11:30 pm 26th July a residence on the 600 block of McKeown Av was entered and a desktop computer was stolen. Entry was gained through an unlocked patio door. Cst Mark McLeod is investigating.
