Kelly Anne Smith was born in North Bay but wasn’t a resident until she was thirty. This is the second time she reports to Jeff Turl, editor at BayToday. Working as a camera woman at MCTV under then station manager Jeff Turl, she was the first woman to videotape interviews in the locker room of the OHL Centennials at Memorial Gardens. The players didn’t make it easy on her.
Ms.Smith attended Broadcast Journalism at Canadore College and earned a History degree at Nipissing University.
