Bulldogs preparing for playoffs (new)
The North Bay Bulldogs received some help to make the Northern Football Conference playoffs. Now they have the do the rest themselves. Even though they lost to the Oshawa Hawkeyes in their final league game, the Bulldogs reached the quarterfinals.

Kids enjoy annual soccer camp
There was a huge increase in numbers for the second annual Nipissing University youth soccer camp. Last year, there were 13 and this year, 52, ranging in age from seven to 14, signed up for the five-day camp.
