Hundreds of the top Trampoline, Double-min trampoline and Power Tumbling athletes from all over Canada converged on the UBC Campus in Vancouver last week to see who would be crowned National Champion in each category.

Another successful Sunshine Classic was enjoyed by all this past weekend at the Gymtrix facility on Gormanville Road.

Last weekend saw the North Bay Titan Swim Team host its first meet in the North Bay Aquatic Center.

The second annual YMCA 15k race will take place on Sunday, august 14, 2005. The race starts at 8:30 am, leaving the YMCA and following a scenic route through the streets of North Bay.

The Ontario Division of the National Ringette League will be holding a general meeting this Sunday June 5 from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm at Memorial Gardens (Hall of Fame room) in North Bay.

The Bulldogs opened their NFC conference against the 11 time league champs and the Oakville Longhorns made them pay, routing the locals 48-13 at Bronte field in Oakville Saturday night.
