About 60 rollerblading, biking and running enthusiasts gathered together on Sunday morning and participated in the 6th annual Chiropractic Society Blade, Bike, and Run for Fun. The races started at 9:00 a.m.

Newton takes 100 metre title at Nipissing Track meet
West Ferris sprinter Adam Newton ran a 10.7 to capture the 100 metre title at the Nipissing Invitational Track Meet at Cundari field Saturday afternoon. It was Newton's slowest time this season, running a 10.48 and a 10.37 at two earlier track meets.

Mixed volleyball tournament
Nipissing University will play host to the 1st annual Nipissing mixed volleyball tournament. The tournament will take place May 28 at the Robert J Surtees Student Athletics Centre. The cost is $150 and will play under the OVA rules and regulations.
