SUDBURY - The North Bay Toyota Thunder Minor Bantam "AA" hockey team made it to the finals in the Sudbury Silver Stick this past weekend. Twelve teams were entered in their division.

The P & G Auto Parts house league team won silver this weekend in the Wrightway Sports Challenge Cup tournament. They tied Don Cherry's 3-3, beat out Wrightway 3-2, and won against Temiskaming 1-0 to come in first in the Midget division.

Oshawa – The North Bay Stingers Peewee AA hockey team was defeated in semifinal action at the Crows Sports MP3 Funfest Tournament here on the weekend. The Stingers opened round robin play with a 4-1 win over Kingston.
