Skyhawks fall to Eskimos

The Skyhawks scored twice in the first period, but that's all the offence they could muster as the Abitibi Eskimos defeated the North Bay squad 5-2 on Wednesday night in NOJHL action in Iroquois Falls.

Nordic Junior squad gets eight top 6 finishes

Raiders Girl's Volleyball team finishes in top three

On Saturday Chippewa Secondary School hosted the Scarlet and Gold Junior Girl's Volleyball Tournament. Games were held at Chippewa and St. Joseph-Scollard Hall. Twenty teams attended this one day event, including teams from Sault Ste.

The North Bay Skyhawks hosted the Northern Michigan Black Bears sunday night at Memorial Gardens. The Skyhawks won the game four to one. The Hawks travel to Iroquois Falls to play the Abitibi Eskimos on wednesday.

Cubs fall into the 'Trap'

The North Bay Trappers hosted the New Liskeard Cubs saturday night at West Ferris Arena. The Trappers who were 0-2-0-1 against the Temiskaming Shores squad, were trying to end the Cubs winning streak against them.
