TORONTO – The Nipissing University soccer teams were in tough this weekend as they battled their OUA East Division opponents from Toronto. Saturday, the men’s soccer team earned its first point of the season with a 0-0 draw against the Ryerson Rams.

The Widdifield Wildcats Senior football team lost to Barrie Eastview Saturday morning 8-3 at Wilfred Laurier's Knight-Newbrough Field. The Eastview Wildcats scored the only touchdown of the game late in the first half to break a scoreless tie.
