The West Ferris Trojans swept the best of 3 series in 2 straight with a dominant performance over the Algonquin Barons Tuesday night winning 78-48.

The Trojans got off to a blazing start, building an incredible 46-14 lead by half time. The Trojans offence was simply just too much for the Barons to handle.

Trojans Head Coach Larry Tougas believes his club capitalized on their opportunities.

"We had the same type of shots (in game 1), we just didn’t knock them down," said Tougas, who's club was 7-18 from outside compared to 4 for 20 in a 50-42 game one victory.

The Trojans will face the winner of the Chippewa Raiders and St. Joseph-Scollard Hall series in the NDA Senior Boys Final.

The Raiders lead that series 1-0 and at last report had a 15 point lead early in the 4th quarter of game 2 of that semi-final series.
