The Powassan Voodoos held their second and final camp before main camp begins on August 23rd in Powassan.

A total of 29 players from around Ontario and as from as far away as Michigan and Rhode Island took part in the camp.

“It was great to have camp at our home rink and give the prospects a chance to see what our program has to offer," said Max Gavin, Voodoos head coach.

"I want to thank all the players and families who made the trip and look forward to main camp.”

The players, including some returning veterans, took part in three scrimmages over the weekend with the final skate taking place at 4 p.m. on Saturday.

"It was nice to see some of our early signings on the ice with our returners," stated Voodoos GM Chris Dawson

"It was a competitive camp and the pace was certainly quicker than our April free agent camp. There were some pleasant surprises for sure."
