The Powassan Voodoos continue to add to their lineup as main camp approaches.

The Voodoos have added 18-year-old forward Andrew Scott from the Anaheim Ducks U18 AAA team.

The 6’1, 179 pound Claremont, California product netted 5 goals and 11 assists for 16 points in 41 games with the Anaheim Ducks U18 AAA team and also scored eight goals in 11 contests with Damien High (US High School) in 2021-22.

“I am so excited and grateful to play for the Powassan Voodoos,” Scott said.

“Playing junior level hockey has been one of my goals for a long time. I can’t wait to get to work.”

Chris Dawson. Voodoos general manager, believes Scott will bring a mixture of skill and physicality to Powassan.

“Andrew describes himself as a mixture of Milan Lucic and Sidney Crosby,” said Dawson.

“We are excited to see his physicality and how his game translates to the NOJHL.”

Scott will join the Voodoos for the opening of main camp which begins August 25 at the Powassan Sportsplex.
