The North Bay U15 AA Trappers head into next weekend with confidence after picking up some wins over the last week.

The tournament action saw the Trappers in close with a 3-1 loss to the Aurora Tigers.

Winger, Cameron Lockhart had the lone goal after tipping Aydin Baharie's shot from the point.  Ben Brunton picked up a helper on the play.  The Trappers sent the Garden City Falcons away, claiming a 2-1 victory.

Scott Szczygiel and Mathias Moar grabbed the goals in the win.  After a 2-0 loss to the Peterborough Petes, the Trappers chased the Sudbury Timberwolves away claiming a 3-2 win on the weekend.

Lockhart opened the scoring after Brunton fed him the puck in front of the net. Brunton picked up another point with his own goal shortly after, Lockhart providing the assist.  The go-ahead goal was another Brunton-Lockhart combination, after a patient play and tape-to-tape pass from Brunton to the front of the net. Defenceman Michael Dech picked up the additional helper on the play.

The Trappers host the Kapuskasing Hearst Regional Express this weekend for a trio of games
