The North Bay & District Major Midget AAA Trappers start their playoff tonight in game one of the best-of-five series against the Soo Thunderbirds.
The major midget AAA Trappers finished with a perfect 36-0 regular season record as they hope to move on to the Central Regional Championships and eventually the Telus Cup National Midget AAA championship which takes place in Thunder Bay in April.
Puck drop tonight is 7:30 p.m. at Memorial Gardens. Game two will take place at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow at Memorial Gardens.
