Trappers give Devils hell

The North Bay Trappers evened their record to 1-1 at the Gatineau Tournament Thursday beating the Quinte Red Devils 5-3. Earlier in the week the Trappers opened the tournament with a 2-1 loss to the St. John's Maple Leafs.

Earlier in the week the Trappers opened the tournament with a 2-1 loss to the St. John's Maple Leafs.

But Thursday Marc Senecal lead the team to victory scoring one goal and setting up two others, earning the Trappers' game star honours.

Matthew Thompson scored a goal, as did Kody Carnevale, Josh McCully and Josh Ranger. Mathieu Aube handled the goaltending duties.

The Trappers play the Cornwall Thunder tonight at 6:30.
