The North Bay & District Major Midget AAA Trappers wrapped up round robin play today with a 3-1 win over the Pembroke Lumber Kings at the Central Regional Major Midget AAA Championships taking place in Clarington this week.
Zach Lefebvre, Robert Brisson and Cameron Pariseau scored for the Trappers.
Ben Gaudreau got the win in goal turning away 39 shots.
The win allows the Trappers to finish with a 3-0-2 record in the six-team event. The top four teams move on to the semi-finals Saturday.
