The North Bay & District Trappers AAA Hockey Association says it is still waiting for direction from the Northern Ontario Hockey Assciation via Hockey Canada and the Ontario Hockey Federation on when and how minor hockey will return.

"We have been in informative initial discussions with the NOHA through virtual meetings," the board stated via release.

"The next meeting will take place on June 9, 2020 when we hope to have more information that we can share with current and future members. It is the NBDTHA’s full intention to operate all of our teams for the 2020-21 season.

"We look forward to sharing more information as it becomes available."

The North Bay & District Trappers AAA Hockey Association manages six teams from U12 to U18 age groups (formerly minor peewee to major midget).

Meantime the North Bay Minor Hockey Association, formerly known as the West Ferris Minor Hockey Association, recently made its coaching announcements from U9 to U18 rep teams.

"At this time, NBMHA is still awaiting direction from Hockey Canada regarding the 2020/2021 season," the North Bay Minor Hockey Association stated on its website.  For more information click HERE
