Timmins wins playoff opener over Athletics

The North Bay Athletics blew a 4-1 lead to eventually fall 5-4 to the Timmins Technosub Rangers in game one of a best of three series against the North Bay team Saturday morning at Pete Palangio arena. Game two takes place Saturday night at 7 p.m.
The North Bay Athletics blew a 4-1 lead to eventually fall 5-4 to the Timmins Technosub Rangers in game one of a best of three series against the North Bay team Saturday morning at Pete Palangio arena.

Game two takes place Saturday night at 7 p.m., if the Athletics win, the deciding game will take place Sunday morning at 11 a.m. at Pete Palangio arena.

The winner of the best of three series will take on the Sault Ste. Marie Junior Greyhounds.
