Temiscaming Titans collect 2 road wins

The Temiscaming Titans returned home early Sunday morning following a 6-2 victory Saturday evening in Bobcaygeon. The preceeding night the Titans topped the Lefroy Wave 8-3.
The Temiscaming Titans returned home early Sunday morning following a 6-2 victory Saturday evening in Bobcaygeon. The preceeding night the Titans topped the Lefroy Wave 8-3. The Titans now have a couple days off before they head to Rama on Tuesday for the 8 team, 3 day GMHL Showcase tournament.

On Friday, in Leroy the Titans line of Marc-Alain Begin, Francis Beauregard and Byron Katapaytuk were front and centre again collecting a total of 11 points.

Begin had a hat trick plus a pair of assists while Beauregard had two goals and a helper and Katapaytuk pitched in with 4 helpers.

Other Titans goals came from Drew Moffat, Cam Moffat & Nicolas Fournier. Simon Gaudet picked up the victory for the Titans while facing 26 shots from the Wave. The Titans outshot the Wave 60-26

On Saturday in Bobcaygeon, the Titans goal scorers were Francis Beauregard with 2, Ryan Adams, Nicolas Fournier, Cam Moffat and Justin Norris. Aaron Boyce stopped 39 of 41 shots he faced for the win.

Out of the lineup for the Titans was their captain Richard Abbott who was participating in the Red Bull Crashed Ice event in Niagara-Falls.

The Titans next regular season action will be Friday December 7th in Mattawa and then on Sunday, December 9th with a 2pm game start.
