The Northern Braves overcame a 13 point 3rd quarter deficit to edge the Franco-Cite Patriotes 65-63 Thursday night. Kyle Carneiro scored the winning basket with 1.9 seconds left in the game.

seconds left in the game. Darin Clark led the Braves attack with 25 points, Carneiro finished with 12. Ron Leblanc scored 27 in a losing cause for the
Patriotes.

The Patriotes led 14-12 after the first quarter, 32-25 at the half, 50-46 at the end of 3 quarters.

In a battle between the top two teams in the league, the West Ferris Trojans slipped past the Chippewa Raider 71-69 in overtime.

John Gore led the Trojans with 18 points, while Adam Venasse had 22 points for the Raiders in the loss.
