The North Bay and District Chiropractic Society presents the 6th Annual "Blade, Bike and Run for Fun" on Sunday May 15th 2005 at 9:00 a.m. at Lee Park. All the proceeds raised from the races will go towards KidSport North Bay so that all kids can play.

You can take part in either the triathlon that consists of roller blading, biking, and running. Or if you don’t have roller-blades and if you are no good at roller blading then you can participate in the duathlon. The duathlon consists of running, biking, and then running again.

One you have completed the bike portion of the leg you will then run the last leg of the race, which is a 3-kilometre trot to the finish line.

The rollerblade and run start will begin at Lee Park along the Kate Pace Way and will proceed to the Marshall Avenue. Fire Station. Once you have reached the Fire Station you will hop onto your bikes and proceed Left on Marshall, Right on Booth, Left on Lakeshore to Riverbend Road, Left on Decaire, and then you will reach the bike turn around point at Pinewood Park Drive and then you will follow the course back to the Marshall Avenue Fire Station. Once back at the Fire Station you will put your bike back down and will run along the Kate Pace Way to the Finish Line at Lee Park.
