Outlaws steal NFC crown

The Tri-City Outlaws capped off a magical playoff run with a 13-9 victory last night over the heavily favoured defending champions, the Milton Marauders.
The Tri-City Outlaws capped off a magical playoff run with a 13-9 victory last night over the heavily favoured defending champions, the Milton Marauders.

The Outlaws finished the season with a 4-4 record but will be the NFC reps in the Canadian Senior final which will be held at Hamilton’s Ivor Wynne Stadium on September 24th. Their opponent, which will be from Alberta, has yet to be determined.

The Bulldogs defeated the new league champion Outlaws 8-3 at Rollie Fischer field during the regular season.
