ESC Algonquin will be hosting this year’s OFSAA Girls A Basketball Championships starting next Thursday, November 22nd with the tournament running until Saturday, November 24th.
This tournament qualifies 16 teams from across the province. Games will be played at ESC Algonquin, as the primary gym, along with West Ferris Secondary School, ESP Odyssey as well as St. Joseph-Scollard Hall.
Games begin Thursday morning at 9 am and continue until the Bronze and Gold Medal games, both at ESC Algonquin, Saturday night at 4: 30 and 6:30pm.
Fans are invited to attend. Tournament passes can be purchased by the day or for the championships at all four host sites.
Qualifiers are being decided this weekend, with seeding being announced Monday, November 19th.
